The location on Mody Road is superb, with easy access to all the attractions in Tsim Tsa Tsui. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness is excellent, and the linens are fresh. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with the manager going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including food stalls and a Starbucks nearby.

The hotel lacks seating in the foyer area, making it inconvenient for guests who are waiting to be picked up or need a place to relax.

During our city trip, we were actually surprised by the quality and comfort offered at the hotel. The location was ideal, being close to the main tourist area but still providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise. the hotel staff were accommodating, especially towards guests with special needs. The chef, Sam, were really nice too assist me during breakfast and the Front Office Manager provided helpful assistance with my travel concerns.

The club room facilities were excellent, with fantastic food, drinks, seating, and a great view. The staff, especially Daisy, were fantastic. Late checkout and access to the club lounge until our shuttle departure was a great advantage. The shuttle service was prompt and provided a quick and convenient ride to the airport. The young man at the tour desk gave us excellent directions and advice. We were impressed with the level of service from the staff, including Avis, who collected our bags and Lawrence, who upgraded us to a suite upon check-in. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the MTR, East Rail line, and the Harbour promenade. The free shuttle bus service from the Airport express line at Kowloon station was a plus. The room I stayed in was spacious, with ample desk space and excellent Wi-Fi connection. this hotel offers a lovely location, convenience, and great value for money.

Close to everything you ever want to do in this fantastic city. The hotel is conveniently located near the 'tsim sha tsui east' station and the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR & bus stops, making transportation easy. Cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were very good too ensure a pleasant stay, and the breakfast served was delicious.
